Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the role:

This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed business, combining the Carlsberg history with Britvic innovation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Live Semper Ardens by partnering with leaders to design and deliver people initiatives that push for extraordinary outcomes, elevating business performance and organisational capability.
- Foster positive energy and compassion as you build meaningful, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, acting as a proactive advisor on all people matters.
- Champion a consumer‑centric mindset by developing employee-focused strategies and processes that enhance the overall people experience and support business goals.
- Decide fast and deliver with excellence through efficient, compliant people processes—covering performance, talent management, succession, and organisational development.
- Empower and grow our people by coaching managers, strengthening leadership capability, and driving a culture where every individual can reach their full potential.
- Continuously improve and challenge the status quo, applying a Semper Ardens mindset to refine data-driven insights, people analytics, and HR recommendations for business impact.
- Collaborate with positive energy, supporting and guiding leaders through change, organisational transformation, and talent strategies that enhance long-term capability.
- Act with passion and pace, staying ahead of internal and external trends to proactively shape people plans, ensuring we deliver extraordinary results together.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Shows strong strategic HR experience, aligning people plans with business priorities and contributing to meaningful commercial outcomes.
- Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear communication, collaboration, and a positive, people‑first approach.
- Uses data, insights, and analytics tools to identify trends, shape talent strategies, and improve the employee experience.
- Demonstrates a track record of delivering high‑quality HR processes at pace, including change management, performance cycles, and talent management.
- Has proven experience coaching and developing leaders, supporting capability building, and enabling people to reach their full potential.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments, showing resilience, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Understands best practices across talent acquisition, development, and retention, with experience strengthening long-term organisational capability.
- Brings strong self-awareness, sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity, consistently role‑modelling the behaviours that create a positive and high-performing culture.
