40 hours per week. Working on a 2 shift rotating pattern, either starting at 7am and finishing at 3pm or starting at 3pm and finishing at 11pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these hours and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Stock Controller to join us. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will be responsible for:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Control the stock of Keg, Cask & Small Pack products inc. Wines, Spirits & Consumables
  • Ullage Returns & Processing
  • Managing 3PB Accounts
  • Manage stock availability and movements between depots
  • Reconcile stock using SAP
  • Maintain relevant systems (stock, spreadsheets etc.)
  • Ensure returned goods are dealt with & procedures are followed on SAP
  • Complete regular stock counts for audit purposes

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP
  • Numeracy and literacy ability with attention to detail
  • Previous warehouse and administration experience is preferrable
  • Planning and prioritising skills
  • Time management skills
  • Customer Service
