About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Small Pack Support Operative to join us. Reporting to the Small pack Team Leader, this role will be responsible for helping the packaging team/shift achieve quality and efficiency based KPI’s on our state-of-the-art packaging line.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operating Dry-end machines.
  • Manage machine changeovers to ensure efficient size and product changes (to minimise line down time)
  • Complete and document quality assurance checks.
  • Relieves the Key Operative during break period to keep the line running.
  • Confirm to all Quality standards to Provide Quality Assurance to our customers.
  • Health & Safety minded with understanding and compliance to site safety rules.
  • Ownership of 5S and Hygiene within working area.

 

 Experience and Key Attributes:

  • A good understanding of bottling and canning packaging machines
  • Has a strong track record of performance of production and packaging line
  • FLT license Holder
  • Thinks ahead and communicates clear with the team and key stakeholders
  • Conscientious, with desire to develop as a skilled operative
