40 hours per week. Starting at 11am and finishing at 7pm on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work outside of these times and cover other shifts to suit business needs.

Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) is one of the leading, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston’s PLC, we combine over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

 

We are now recruiting for a Stock Administrator to join us. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will be responsible for:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently.
  • Understand the delivery process and product demand.
  • Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
  • Manage stock movements between depots.
  • Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
  • Create delivery and customer collect notes.
  • Manage customs and excise process.
  • Support Warehouse Shift Managers.
  • Stock investigations.

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Previous experience using MS Office and SAP.
  • Sound numeracy and literacy ability with a key attention to detail.
  • Previous administration experience, preferably within a warehouse or stock related environment.
  • Customer Service skills.
