Location: Hybrid – travel into Head office in Hemel Hempstead, agency and other sites
Job Length: Permanent – Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the role:
To lead the UK execution of Erdinger’s brand strategy and programmes with full autonomy, delivering seasonal growth programmes, innovation and channel expansion. Champion the Erdinger brand internally and externally, responsible for all day-to-day decisions and stakeholder engagement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the UK brand P&L, driving profitable growth.
- Lead integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL) and adapt global toolkits for the UK market.
- Act as the main liaison for Erdinger, managing brand communications and business reviews.
- Monitor brand performance and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
- Create UK-specific activations for key seasonal occasions (e.g., Oktoberfest, Christmas).
- Collaborate with sales and category teams to boost distribution and flawless execution.
- Unlock new channels (e-commerce, on-trade, convenience) through innovation and product launches.
- Oversee social media content, ensuring brand tone, campaign alignment, and KPI delivery.
- Build internal excitement, securing standout visibility during peak periods.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Brand leadership experience is desired, preferably in FMCG or drinks specifically
- Experience leading and executive NPD launches to market with experience in A&P budget control.
- High level of Brand P&L value management experience.
- Experience of working with 3rd party creative and activation agencies.
- Strong project management, planning and delivery skills.
- Cross functional leadership capability, both internally and with 3rd party strategic partners.
- Creativity in delivering an inspiring and compelling vision and brand strategy.
- Experience in strategic brand and business planning with sound evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led strategy implementation.
- Demonstrable track record of success driving a brand led agenda within commercial, matrix organisations, resulting in brand equity growth and enhanced business profitability
- XF team management experience with ability to inspire, grow and develop people in a matrix structure.
