Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Business Manager, reporting into the Senior Regional Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and growing the indirect channel at Carlsberg Britvic.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth by expanding distribution, volume, and market share through strong execution and a challenger mindset.
  • Manage full customer P&L, providing clear performance reporting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
  • Identify, win, and convert new business opportunities with energy and ambition.
  • Build strong RTM relationships to unlock new distribution across existing and white‑space customers.
  • Continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness to evolve our ways of working.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and development.
  • Embed high‑quality, timely business case processes into all activity planning.
  • Develop and execute a strategic contact plan that broadens and deepens senior customer relationships throughout the year.

Experience and Key Attributes:            

 

  • Passionate about the hospitality channel and experience within an FMCG business.
  • Practical experience within sales, managing P&L's and customer marketing is desired.
  • Strong levels of accountability, with the ability to work autonomously to make the correct choices for the business.
  • Impressive stakeholder management, who can build partnerships through strong communication skills
  • Creative, curious and adaptable – open to learning with a fresh perspective and always focused on growth
