Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager Off Trade

Permanent - Full Time   

Location:  Field based with monthly travel to our offices in Northampton and Wolverhampton

We are now recruiting for a Customer Marketing Manager to join us. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving top-line growth through excellent execution of our brands within strategic off trade customers and adopting an evaluation and ROI approach in-order to optimise our investment.

 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • To drive the implementation of the activation programmes and brand campaign toolkits across the off-trade channel
  • To develop and build strategic off trade customer partnerships aligned to business segmentation.
  • To support our step up in premium agenda through raising the creative bar of our brand and category led activation.
  • To deliver key initiatives aligned to off trade channel strategy to contribute to the premium growth delivery.
  • To support the Senior CMM through the off trade commercial planning process and work with sales team to build account plans.
  • To work with the brand, commercial and category teams to tailor plans to suit individual customer needs.
  • To help embed a commercial culture within the customer marketing team, ensuring pre and post evaluations and ROI disciplines for every major piece of activation.
  • To drive a consumer-focused culture within the team, ensuring the right balance between consumer & non-consumer facing activity – with the priority to drive brand visibility & trial through the channel path to purchase.
  • To present channel and activation initiatives to sales colleagues & key customers through compelling selling.
  • To manage the off trade marketing customer budgets with high levels of cost control.

 

Experience and Key Attributes required: 

  • Experience of customer management and customer execution
  • Strong insight, consumer, category and customer focus
  • Successful experience of translating business agendas into growth plans and driving to best in class execution of these
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Managing budgets with exemplary attention to detail
  • Management of end-to-end planning at a total channel level
  • Experience of influencing at a senior level
