Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an HR Business Partner Reporting to the Head of HR - Supply Chain, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

 

Role Responsibilities:

·         Partner with key business stakeholders in the development and delivery of effective HR activities in line with the strategic growth of the business.

·         Build organisational and people capabilities

·         Provide a competent HR service to the business including, Coaching, educating, upskilling, delivering performance plans and recruitment activities.

·         Lead core HR processes in business area (performance calibration, succession planning, talent management, compensation cycle, etc.)

·         Analyse and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to business area.

·         Communicate effectively the internal and external market changes within HR Practices to the business.

·         Lead HR Project initiatives including, TUPE, restructures, consultations and pay negs.

·         Support the L&D delivery team in identifying and building learning plans.

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

·         Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, delivering strategic company objectives.

·         Ability to use data analytics tools, interpret data accurately, and make data-driven recommendations.

·         Skilled in managing change, including organisational restructuring, process improvement, and culture change.

·         Previous experience with Train Union’s is desirable, though not essential.

·         Emotionally intelligent decision making, objective problem solving, managing ambiguity and impulse control.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills including empathy and social responsibility.

·         Full UK Driving License with the flexibility to be on site.

·         UK Working Rights.
