Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Sales Specialist – Draught Dispense. Reporting to the Dispense & Innovation Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • To maximise sales growth and profit with new business & existing customers by executing our compelling Draught Dispense proposition using customer facing sales tools and championing our service excellence and overall customer propositions.
  • To achieve budgeted Carlsberg Quality Dispense Systems (CQDS) installation targets and rental income streams to maximise customer and regional P&L profitability
  • To execute, develop and refine our compelling CQDS/DM20 customer propositions and be the Draught Dispense Brand Ambassador to ensure maximum business impact
  • To present, engage and consult with the regional sales teams on CQDS/DM20 performance, developments, services and business objectives
  • To create monitor and review CQDS trading contracts with customers and the sales teams and develop action plans as required
  • To feedback all own activity and competition via the Customer Record Document (CRD) system to ensure Carlsberg UK competitive advantage is enhanced
  • To utilise journey planning tools to maximise efficiency and effectiveness and plan call time in accordance with the prescribed Customer call requirements.
  • To take ownership for co-ordinating all relevant departments within Carlsberg UK, to ensure high customer satisfaction and experience is always delivered and maintained
  • To develop, engage, build and maintain strong working relationships with the On trade Sales teams and provide operational support for new and existing business Draught solutions customers 

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Passion for delivering results and providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Previous experience in on trade would be beneficial
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial investment principles
  • Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Organisational Skills - planning & prioritising & time management
  • Commercial Acumen
  • Previous customer facing experience, direct sales
  • Experience in a Field Sales role (desirable)
  • Flexible approach to work – evening work required on occasion
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
