Job Title: Senior Brand Manager - Poretti

Location: Hybrid / Field Based – with travel to London, Hemel Hempstead and customers.

Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea and Rockstar Energy.

With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed. 

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager - Poretti. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – Premium Brands this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Leading a talented team to deliver the extraordinary new world of Poretti, both creatively and commercially, including responsibility for a multi million budget to deliver an extraordinary performance.

• Development and implementation of both the annual and longer term strategic plan to deliver sustained growth
• The driving force behind the the big ambitions through our award agency network and the champion internally ensuring every opportunity is unlocked
• Support the Director of Marketing to deliver high performance culture within team and broader business

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Experience gained in an FMCG business – soft drinks or alcohol desired.
• Previous people management experience is preferred.
• Proven experience translating a brand/ business agenda to driving execution.
• Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced, commercial and decisive business.
• Challenge the status quo, have a creative flare and a real drive for growth.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Able to lead cross functional teams through complex initiatives in a pro-active and organised manner.

The role is flexible in terms of day-to-day location with the Head Office being in Hemel Hempstead, however will require some national travel to support customer meetings and brand events.
