About the role:

We are now recruiting for a Senior National Account Manager - Matthew Clark & Tennent’s, who will lead a portfolio of customers and brands in the Route to Market team, managing a sales team to deliver Carlsberg Britvic’s commercial targets. Reporting into the Head of Scotland and C & C Group, this role will provide clear direction, support and motivation towards your team’s success’.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for budget performance and ensure regular outperformance of targets to help meet Carlsberg Britvic’s growth ambitions
  • Identify and prioritise high-growth opportunities, deploying the right resources to secure new business and accelerate revenue expansion
  • Establish a culture that motivates, develops, and empowers employees to reach and go past set targets
  • Coordinate the development and execution of robust Joint Business Plans, ensuring alignment across strategy, tactics, and bottom-up promotional programmes to increase growth and market share
  • Collaborate cross-functionally at a senior level to unlock optimal commercial outcomes for both customers and the business
  • Shape and execute commercial strategies that consistently deliver budgeted performance
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting and supply planning through effective S&OP processes, ensuring operational excellence
  • Proactively manage commercial risk, continuously tracking performance vs. plan and realigning priorities with clear, timely communication
  • Build organisational capability by coaching, mentoring, and creating development pathways to improve leadership and sales effectiveness
  • Champion an inclusive, growth-oriented culture, role-modelling behaviours that empower diverse teams, amplify voices, and build trust through action
