Job Title: Supply Chain Insight Analyst

Location: Field Based with travel to sites across our network, minimum 2-3 days per week and work from home (WFH) remaining days of the week.

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, working on a Monday to Friday basis.

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

 

Make data matter across our supply chain as a Supply Chain Insight Analyst at Carlsberg Britvic. You’ll turn complex logistics and operational data into clear dashboards, insight reports, and predictive models that help teams spot trends, manage risk, and improve performance across our network. With regular site exposure (2-3 days a week) and the flexibility of WFH, this role is ideal for a curious, detaildriven analyst who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and delivering actionable insight that drives real decisions.

 

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Supply Chain Insight Analyst. Reporting to the Supply Chain Insight Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive analytical visibility across the supply chain, transforming complex logistics and operational data into clear, actionable insights that support and expediate decision-making.
  • Design, build and develop intuitive dashboards, reports and visualisations to enable stakeholders to monitor performance, identify risks and respond quickly to operational challenges.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources to create reliable, standardised data models that support consistent reporting and analysis.
  • Deliver high-impact insight reporting aligned to key operational KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with logistics, supply chain planning and customer service teams to o identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve performance.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions and actionable insights, uncovering trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Apply advanced analytics and predictive modelling to support forecasting, capacity planning and operational strategy.
  • Champion robust data governance through validation, auditing and continuous data quality improvement.
  • Drive innovation in analytics and reporting, leveraging automation and workflows to improve efficiency and insight delivery.
  • Working in partnership with stakeholders to continuously improve the visual identity and impact of the reporting suite.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a data analyst or insight role, within logistics, supply chain or operations, or a related analytical environment.
  • Proficient technical capability in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and data sources (e.g. SAP) and advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in modelling large datasets.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insight where actions are clear to the audience.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and support senior stakeholders through data-led insight.
  • High attention to detail with a clear emphasis on ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Confident in challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  • Inquisitive and focused on continuous improvement, with experience leveraging data to boost business outcomes.
  • Desirable: Experience with robotic process automation tools (e.g. UiPath).
  • Desirable: Power BI PL-300 certification or equivalent.
