Job Length: 12 Month FTC – Full Time (with the potential to become permanent)

About the role:
We are now recruiting for an Assistant Brand Manager for Pepsi, reporting into the Senior Brand Manager. This role will work on the largest Carlsberg Britvic brand in the UK, the successful candidate will have a real opportunity to make a difference and grow their career on an incredible brand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful BTL activation for the Pepsi brand, working closely with PepsiCo, agencies and shopper marketing teams.
- Lead product change projects end‑to‑end, managing artwork, EPD and commercialisation through the stage‑gate process.
- Co‑develop best‑in‑class Activation Toolkits that empower shopper and customer teams.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth execution of brand plans and commercial priorities.
- Evaluate campaign performance and support continuous improvement through insight‑driven reviews.
- Monitor brand, market and competitor activity, sharing key insights across the business.
- Support brand P&L growth and manage project budgets with accuracy and accountability.
- Partner with the E‑commerce team to create high‑impact digital content and activation plans.
- Manage operational brand needs such as football ticketing and sample requests, while bringing energy and fresh thinking to the wider team culture.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Assistant Brand Manager (or similar) experience with demonstratable evidence of delivery
- Brand passion and can-do energy
- Commercial brand performance experience and an understanding of brand P&L
- Cross-functional project management and delivery
- Understanding of the Pepsi consumer and ability to apply consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans
- Budget management of defined projects and programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
