Location: Hemel Hempstead (3 days a week onsite, ad hoc travel across UK required)

Job Length: 3 year Graduate Programme

Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon – Fri)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers   soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favorites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the license rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

Carlsberg Britvic operates across the UK with a comprehensive network, featuring six production plants and 16 logistics depots that cater to customers nationwide. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.

Shortlisted candidates will complete psychometric testing and be invited to our assessment centre on 25th February 2026. The process includes interviews, group tasks, and presentations.

 About the role:

This 3-year rotational graduate program allows participants to gain valuable experience in critical customer sales functions, starting with a key retail account and moving into roles in account management or customer category/activation. You’ll work with leading brands in both ‘on trade’ (restaurants, stadiums, pubs) and ‘off trade’ (retailers, grocery stores), managing relationships, analysing data, and contributing to business targets in an engaging, supportive environment. Every day will be different and exciting, allowing you to advance your career through varied experiences.

 Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers with business plans and commercial activities
  • Profit   loss (P L) support: reconciliations, forecasts, promotion modelling Invoice management: rebates, investments, tracking promotions, audit support
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, and business plan tracking
  • Project management: deliver key customer projects cross-functionally
  • Assist with contract negotiation: price, promotions, brand execution

Your goal will be to build your skills and knowledge across six core capabilities including functional selling, process and system knowledge, business analysis, brand and market understanding

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Graduates from any discipline (degree within last 3 years). No specific subject degree is required but studying for a degree in Business or Economics would be beneficial.  
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Evidence of motivation and achievement in academic or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership and structured work methodology
  • Results-driven, willing to learn, and thrive in a team environment
  • Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and engaged attitude
