Job Length: Permanent (would consider FTC)

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

Play a key role in shaping how Carlsberg Britvic attracts and hires skilled professionals. This role sits at the heart of our recruitment activity, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality, inclusive hiring across the business. Ideal for an experienced in‑house recruiter who enjoys building relationships, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and making a real impact in a fast‑moving, values‑led organisation.

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following: 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and screening through to interview, offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver high‑quality, outcome‑focused hiring solutions.
  • Facilitate effective hiring manager briefings, aligning expectations, timelines and responsibilities across the recruitment process.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment, inclusive hiring and relevant legislation.
  • Pre‑screen candidates against role requirements, maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system and presenting well‑qualified shortlists.
  • Support interviews by providing guidance, tools and advice to ensure fair, consistent and high‑quality assessment.
  • Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates at every stage of the process.
  • Ensure recruitment marketing materials are current, on‑brand and aligned with Carlsberg Britvic’s employer value proposition.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver a joined‑up recruitment service.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Experience in in‑house recruitment, delivering end‑to‑end hiring across a range of roles.
  • Experience using job boards, CV databases and social media channels to attract diverse talent.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, particularly applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Effective communicator who builds trusted relationships and engages stakeholders across all levels.
  • Highly customer‑ and candidate‑focused, committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Organised and detail‑focused, with proficient administration and MS Office skills.
  • Right to work in the UK and a genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and employer branding.
