We are now recruiting for a number of Customer Support Advisors to join us on a Fixed Term Contract basis. Reporting to the Customer Support Line Manager this role will manage all customer contact for both sales and support, ensuring we are always championing our vision of  'Our Customer, Our Knowledge and Our People'.
 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Deliver an exceptional customer support service to CMBC
  • Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Follow company procedure on customer responses.
  • Always maintain a friendly manner.
  • Promote on-line digital applications to customers.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals.
  • Juggle multiple customer situations effectively.

 

Experience and Key Attributes required:

 

  • Recent call centre experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can really hit the ground running
  • Confident in both home working as well as office working
  • Able to quickly identify problems, think flexibly and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills, a sympathetic telephone manner.
  • Passionate about providing high quality customer focused services.
  • Some experience of working in a customer facing environment would be beneficial.
  • Excellent administration, IT, and organisational skills with good experience of using MS office software.
