Working Hours: 35 hours per week, working on a Monday to Friday basis. Flexibility required to work hours to suit business needs.

About the role:

Ready to make an impact behind the scenes? Become an SAP and Technical Support Administrator and become the go-to expert for data accuracy and process excellence. You will be responsible for SAP master data, support recipe and NPD (New Product Development) projects, reconcile stock, and deliver insights that keep our brewery operations running at their best. This is a role for someone who loves precision, thrives on problem-solving, and wants to shape smarter ways of working in a business that’s steeped in heritage and bursting with ideas. If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an SAP and Technical Support. Reporting to the EA to Board Director, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Master Data – Update and own production BOMs (Bill of Material), Master Recipes, and Production Versions in line with planning requirements.
  • Recipe & NPD (new production development) Support – Actively participate in recipe review, trials, and NPD meetings with Brewing & Packaging, Finance, and Planning teams.
  • SAP Data Accuracy – Ensure accurate data recording, reporting, and document management within SAP systems.
  • Stock Reconciliation – Perform daily/weekly reconciliation of materials and WIP with suppliers, procurement, and production to ensure traceability and HMRC compliance.
  • Process Order Management – Review and manage SAP process orders, goods receipt transactions, and confirmations for completeness and accuracy.
  • Training & SOP Development – Support SAP training for production teams and evolve internal documentation and SOPs for consistency.
  • Performance Reporting – Develop and present KPIs, facts, and figures on brewery performance; set up and manage BI reports.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive SAP optimisation projects, regression testing, and apply Carlsberg Excellence tools to improve processes.
  • Financial & Administrative Support – Assist with end-of-month financial processes and other administrative tasks related to SAP and site operations.

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • IT literate with experience using SAP
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Brewing process (preference)
  • Self motivated with interpersonal skills and ability to positively influence others
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Stock management experience
