Working Hours: 35 / 42 Hour Shift Pattern – Days and shifts

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Reporting to the Asset Care Area Team Leader, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering the electrical maintenance activities within the brewery to ensure the reliability and performance of process equipment and infrastructure.
- Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance on process equipment and infrastructure to minimise downtime and maximise operational performance.
- Support site energy efficiency initiatives by maintaining infrastructure systems at optimal performance levels.
- Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other Lean activities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
- Support production teams by addressing equipment and infrastructure issues promptly and effectively.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and repair faults e.g motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, control systems, and infrastructure equipment.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to complete cross-discipline tasks and projects.
- Follow all healthy, safety and environmental regulations, always ensuring adherence to LOTO and electrical safety standards – maintaining detailed records of CBM activities to support compliance audits.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Prior experience in an electrical maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to utilities and infrastructure systems.
- Recognised qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds (2381 &2377), HNC/HND or equivalent).
- Latest regulations BS7671
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults in process equipment and infrastructure.
- Experience using CMMS for work order management and maintenance record-keeping.
- Additional certifications in areas such as PLC programming and electrical safety.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Full UK Working Rights.
