We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join us. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader this role will manage customer contact for both sales and support, ensuring that we are always championing our vision of ‘Our Customer, Our Knowledge and Our People’.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer support service to Carlsberg Britvic, always maintaining a friendly manner
  • Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Follow company procedure on customer responses
  • Promote on-line digital applications to customers
  • Managing multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

 

  • Recent call centre experience or customer facing environment would be desirable but not essential
  • Someone who is a self-starter and can really hit the ground running
  • Working well within a team, but can also manage their own time and workload
  • Able to quickly identify problems, think flexibly and resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills, a sympathetic telephone manner
  • Passionate about providing high quality customer focused services
  • Excellent administration, IT, and organisational skills with good experience of using MS office software
