45 hours per week, working on the afternoon shift. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 10pm on a Monday to Friday basis, however, flexibility required to work outside of these times and to cover other shifts to suit business needs.

We are now recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join us. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, this role will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift, working together to achieve KPI’s within budgets whilst adhering to company excellence standards:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Providing skills required to deliver to our customers on time and in full.
  • Providing a high quality service to suit customers’ needs.
  • Working closely with the transport and office teams to ensure a smooth running of operations and meeting overall national and local objectives.
  • Supervising a team of operative on the afternoon shift.
  • Holding health and safety at the forefront of all warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

 

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • IT literate with experience using MS Office and SAP.
  • Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team for an FMCG.
  • Headset and voice picking experience, desirable.
  • FLT Licence or experience, desirable.
  • Manual handling experience desirable however full training will be provided during induction.
