We are now seeking a highly motivated Commercial Development Manager to join our team and drive our on-trade commercial strategy at Carlsberg Sverige!

 

As the Commercial Development Manager for On Trade/HORECA, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy within the on-trade channel. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of our commercial plans to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead and set the pace for On Trade’s-weekly Sales Execution meetings with important internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the value management agenda for On Trade, including pricing strategy and implementation with cross-channel/function alignment.
  • Actively participate in ONT S&OP and demand review meetings.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for On Trade’s 3-Year Plan and 1-Year Plan/Integrated Commercial Plan. Additionally, manage separate 3YP planning with important external stakeholders.
  • Drive and develop On Trade’s commercial agenda using data-driven insights.
  • Assist the Key Account team in preparing customer-centric pitch materials to win new accounts, leveraging data and insights.
  • Support On Trade management team with ad-hoc analysis, including reviewing the GTM model.

The role is located at Carlsberg Sverige’s HQ in Solna. You are part of On Trade management team and report to VP On Trade Carlsberg Sverige.


Who are you?
You have a master’s degree in business administration, marketing or other related field. You have previous experience in commercial development or sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in the on-trade sector. In addition to this, you have proven record of driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships. 
As a person, you have strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions. We are looking for excellent project management skills with the ability to drive parallel projects and meet deadlines. Finally, you are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
