Probably the best Planning Team is looking for a talented Senior Expert, Material Supply ready to work in our Western European planning team (Material Supply Management).

 

Meet the team

Western European Planning Team, currently focusing on category planning, innovation and portfolio management as well as cross boarder export is further expanding into material supply management area. We are setting up a planning team in Poznan Shared Service Center to support ambitious plans of long term planning and capacity management with suppliers combined with visionary set of tools and automation agenda.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • Leading reporting agenda: create reports and auxiliary tools allowing fast data collection and data aggregation at different granularity as input for capacity planning and supplier volume forecasting
  • Create reports on material availability, supplier performance as instructed (including high level data accuracy checks)
  • Lead automation agenda (ie. macro developments) for existing tools, processes. Identify new opportunities and improvements
  • Prepare, launch and roll out data visualization tools (eg. Power BI dashboards)
  • Generate reports for inventory monitoring (for the purpose of inventory optimization) & obsolete management
  • Managing portfolio of Raw & Pack materials by using reporting tools in discussions with Procurement, Suppliers and Local Sourcing Companies to ensure material availability in mid to long term
  • Support potential short term material supply issues with portfolio knowledge and proper coordination of respective teams
  • Participate in annual budget preparation by leading material data workstream for material volume submission
  • Embed continuous improvement on material availability by weekly service monitoring on materials, identifying root cause for shortage and implementing mitigation actions

 

We are looking for a person who…

  • has working experience with various data basis (2-4 years). In depth application knowledge (Excel, VBA, Power BI).
  • is experienced in data and process automation (macros)
  • has proven skills in applications mentioned above
  • is able to set priorities and perform in multitasking environment
  • is able to communicate on his/her own with local stakeholders about various planning topics , out of his/her scope of responsibility
  • has very good communication skills, is proactive with high language culture and fluent in English
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment;
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
