Join us at Carlsberg Group as a Culture & Engagement, Systems and Data Senior Data Specialist and play a key role in shaping how we listen to and act on employee feedback across the globe. You'll be the go-to expert for our Microsoft Viva Glint platform—managing everything from data integration to stakeholder support, ensuring our people insights drive real impact.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Survey Program Administration
    Configure, schedule, and launch global, local, and lifecycle surveys (e.g., My Voice, Onboarding, Exit), ensuring a smooth and timely rollout across the organization.
  • Data & Technical Operations
    Prepare and manage complex employee data files for surveys, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Microsoft Viva Glint specifications.
  • Platform Administration
    Manage user roles and permissions, support advanced platform configurations, and ensure secure authentication and access via Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Localization & Translations
    Coordinate survey translations and cross-market testing in collaboration with local People & Culture teams to ensure cultural relevance and clarity.
  • Training & Support
    Deliver training sessions and onboarding for Local Glint Administrators and Line Managers, and provide ongoing support through documentation and troubleshooting.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
    Monitor platform updates and emerging capabilities (e.g., AI summarization, Viva Insights integration), and recommend enhancements to improve the employee listening experience.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience administering survey platforms (preferably VivaGlint)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with large-scale employee datasets from multiple systems (e.g., HRIS, local market sources, IT tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to clean, merge, and validate complex datasets in line with platform requirements (e.g., unique IDs, mandatory fields, hierarchy validation)
  • Familiarity with data file preparation standards for survey platforms like Microsoft Viva Glint is a strong advantage. Technical competency in CSV/XLSX data uploads, identity access configurations, and user role design
