We are currently looking for a talented controller to support our financial operations within the reporting & compliance area with his expertise and skills.


Meet the team
Reporting & Compliance Team is all about financial controlling & internal controls. The team, currently made of 11 controllers, is dedicated to secure accuracy, completeness & transparency of financial statements reported for Supply Chain entities from Western Europe within established timelines. We are cooperating with various stakeholders taking into account finance & business processes impacting financial data, often deploying an end-to-end perspective.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • conducting financial reporting to the Group;
  • active role in the financial month-end closing process;
  • active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities;
  • preparation of management reporting for local management;
  • participation in financial planning process;
  • managing the team’s collective knowledge through preparing and updating process documentation and tracking progress of tax-relevant projects and initiatives.


We are looking for a person who…

  • has worked in Finance before, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in shared services / business process outsourcing and educational background in corporate finance;
  • has 3+ years of experience in Financial Controlling and/or Accounting area;
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment;
  • demonstrates natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • has an excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
  • has previously worked with SAP and HFM (will be an asset);
  • fully understands balance sheets, P&L and cash flow dependencies;
  • is a team players who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for themselves;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
