We are currently looking for an experienced analyst to support our Controlling Team with his / her knowledge, skills and energy.


Meet the Team

Commercial CoE team currently consists of 18 Financial Planning and Analytics Analysts, has been assembled to provide wide range of controlling services for companies in all regions (Western Europe, Easter Europe, Asia, Central functions).

Your responsibilities will include…

  •      cooperating with local entities;
  •      playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy;
  •      preparation of Management Reporting Package for company management team; 
  •      reporting of financial and volume reports for Sales and Marketing team;
  •      Group financial results reporting via Oracle HFM Tool;
  •      coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives;
  •      reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year;
  •      preparing of other ad hoc reports, sensitivity analysis, cost deep-dives etc.;
  •      ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

We are looking for a person who…

  •      has 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance (controlling, financial analysis);
  •      has University degree in finance, accounting or business administration;
  •      has fluency in English (written and spoken);
  •      having fluency in German (written and spoken) would be an asset;
  •      navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point;
  •      is analytically strong, having good technical skills in terms of reporting tools and really cares about the success of the business and results;
  •      has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset);
  •      presents strong communication skills, is able to collaborate with stakeholders across organization;
  •      is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions;
  •      quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed.
