Role overview

TCT Specialist, Transport & Distribution Contract Execution is working closely with various stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group to ensure best in class delivery of services by close cooperation with carriers.

The responsibility of TCT Specialist, Transport & Distribution Contract Execution is building and maintaining professional relationship with logistics providers by daily contract management execution.


What you’ll be doing

  • ensuring the contract compliance on both operational and tactical level,
  • cooperating with carriers to deliver excellent service within area and ensuring that issues are addressed effectively,
  • leading issues linked to Quality/Claim, coordinating cross functional cooperation between different stakeholders involved, 
  • supporting end-to-end transport and distribution order execution by sharing best practices and expert knowledge with team members,
  • supporting and executing ISC TCT governance procedures,
  • performing opportunity & risk analysis and reporting performance,
  • supporting and taking part in improvement, optimization and standardization processes within Carlsberg group and team,
  • collecting and utilizing market knowledge and intelligence.


What we’re looking for


We are looking for a person who…

  • has worked in Supply Chain before, with a preference for candidates with experience in the transportation area,
  • has University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree), educational background in logistics would be an asset,
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment,
  • has fluent command of written and spoken English,
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel,
  • understands logistics terminology,
  • has experience in working on logistics process standardization would be an asset
  • presents solid experience of managing and maintaining integrity of large volumes of data
  • shows ability to proactively locate opportunities and driving initiatives aiming at process optimisation and improvement; including ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment
  • has ability to communicate professionally and confidently up and across multiple business levels; ability to build and maintain long term relationship with stakeholders
  • demonstrates strong prioritisation skills and ability to cope with a deadline-driven, dynamic environment
  • demonstrates ability in successfully resolving stakeholder issues regardless of organisational boundaries, to a mutually acceptable solution
