COMMERCIAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Carlsberg Denmark commercial graduate programme is an exciting two-year introduction to our commercial business. It contains three rotations within Carlsberg Denmark, which takes you across our value chain.
The graduate programme provides you with a thorough inside to our Danish business. You will during the 2 years be working withing Sales and Marketing in various roles. One rotation will see you spend a six month in our New Product Development team at our brewery in Fredericia, thus getting a good understanding of the link between commercial and supply chain

While some elements of the rotations are fixed other parts are flexible in order to accommodate the agile world, we operate in. Furthermore, we try to build an individual graduate programme also taking the individual development of our graduates into account

You will be assigned a 2nd year graduate buddy to support your onboarding and a senior mentor will inspire and coach you during the entire programme. You are responsible for your own learning, however your mentor will challenge your thinking and provide you with feedback on how you perform in different situations.
