Welcome to Home of Carlsberg
Atop Valby Hill in Copenhagen, beer has been brewed since 1847. Today, Home of Carlsberg welcomes guests from around the world to explore the story of Carlsberg through interactive exhibitions, guided tours, beer tastings and unique experiences in the historic brewery area.
As part of our Public Engagement team, you'll play an important role in bringing that story to life and creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

- Develop strong presentation, communication and storytelling skills

What will your days look like?
You'll spend your time helping guests enjoy everything Home of Carlsberg has to offer.
This includes:
Creating memorable guest experiences
- Guiding historical tours about Carlsberg and the Jacobsen family
- Hosting beer tastings in our 165-year-old cellars
- Engaging guests in our exhibition and science area
Supporting daily operations
- Serving beer in our bars
- Welcoming guests and creating a great atmosphere
- Restocking products and preparing the bars for visitors
- Supporting the team with practical tasks throughout the day
Who are you?
You don't need to be a beer expert or know everything about Carlsberg's history before you start.
What matters most is that you:
- Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
- Have a natural sense of hospitality and great service
- Are curious and eager to learn
- Feel comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Thrive in a lively international environment
Our primary working language is English.
We'll provide thorough training, so you'll quickly become confident in sharing stories about beer, brewing and the people who shaped Carlsberg's history.
