Role overview

 

As an AP Coordinator, you will be working with a great team of professionals and supporting our accounts payable financial operations with your expertise and skills. The primary mission of the team is to ensure that the invoice-handling process is standardized and working efficiently and effectively. It also ensures that suppliers and stakeholders from 14 countries in Western Europe will collaborate smoothly with Carlsberg Accounts Payable.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • ensuring support to local market organizations in terms of invoice inquiries
  • ensuring the quality and sustainability of AP Helpdesk services to maintain relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders
  • responding to incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders
  • resolving issues and ensuring that problems are handled promptly
  • performing analysis of invoices in the process
  • support coordination of the work of the BPO provider for the AP Helpdesk
  • supporting your team leader in further developing the team
  • working on process improvements and when required participating in projects and initiatives

 

What we’re looking for

 

We are looking for a person who:

 

  • has a documented educational background in the finance area or equivalent experience
  • is communicative in English (both written and spoken)
  • is a team player and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
  • can coordinate communication professionally with stakeholders both from local organizations and suppliers
  • navigates easily in MS Office, especially Excel
  • has experience working with systems like SAP
