Role overview
Purchase to Pay, is currently made up of qualified professionals based in Poznan, Poland, and additional professionals based in Noida, India.
Together we provide services for the WE countries and Carlsberg Group Finance.

Our main purpose is to manage the company’s payables and to ensure we remain compliant with legal rules, policies, and regulations. Our multidisciplinary scope of responsibilities combined with complex and exciting projects enable our team members to grow and develop both professionally and personally.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • supporting accounts payable processes for 14 WE markets
  • maintaining requests coming from suppliers and business
  • assessing invoice handling accuracy
  • assisting with Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt account reconciliation
  • learning a variety of tools like Excel, SAP, SharePoint, BI

 

We are looking for a colleague who:

 

  • is a student or has a degree in Economics
  • is communicative in English (both written and spoken),
  • presents logic and analytical thinking
  • MS Office, especially Excel
  • is independent, self-motivated and customer-oriented
  • is available for at least 30 hrs per week
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions
