Role overview

 

Our team manages customer receivables by taking care of customer accounts. We support the allocation of incoming payments and handle unapplied cash. We stay in touch with our customers, clarifying any disputes and answering customer questions. The team prepares financial analysis of the customer line items on an ongoing basis and is involved in the closing activities of the AR in the end of the month.

Our vision is to create a well-coordinated team of professionals with analytical skills who will work to transform and automate processes to support markets and functions in making change

The team consists of about 8 members with many different backgrounds and skills and we look forward to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for the new joiners to explore commercial back-end operations and work in an international yet flexible environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • various accounting tasks in the area of receivables, including AR collection processes with age monitoring, work with payment reminders, payment allocation and monitoring of the suspense account
  • learning how customer bad debt is handled and balances confirmed
  • familiarizing yourself with the tools we use and learning how to work with them (especially SAP)
  • learning effective communication in business

  • are available for at least 20 hours per week
