Role overview


Currently we are looking for an experienced specialist with strong business acumen and passion about HR administration and payroll/ analytics to support our HR Team in everyday administration activities, drawing up of analyses and reports.

The team is currently made of 11 people who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services like performance management, learning and development, talent acquisition, onboarding, internal communication, employer branding, HR administration and many others.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Identifying and assisting the Team and CSS People in resolving HR/payroll related queries and issues
  • Communicating with key stakeholders within the organization and supporting them in ongoing HR administration tasks
  • Ensuring that administrative and payroll data are correct in the systems
  • Cooperating and liaising with external vendors and service providers in the scope of e.g. payroll processing
  • Drawing, analyzing and presenting data & reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
  • Assisting HR Director/Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines and systems to encourage best practice within the company
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our key internal stakeholders in the scope of payroll topics and HR reports, data and analyses
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in all projects and tasks related to the so-called Employee Lifecycle (eg. salary review process, remuneration scheme revision, etc.)
  • Ensuring and maintaining strict confidentiality over employee data and information, ensuring full compliance with GDPR;
  • Participation in team projects;
  • Other ongoing duties as assigned by HR Director/Compensation & Benefits Manager

 

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a person who:

 

  • Has min. 2 years of documented experience in Compensation&Benefits, HR administration and payroll;
  • Has worked in a diverse, international environment, most preferably in shared services industry
  • Has a strong business acumen and is passionate about HR Administrative&Payroll tasks
  • Has a very good command of written and spoken English (B2 as minimum)
  • Has advanced and practical knowledge of MS Excel; experience in SAP HR module and/or SAP Success Factors as a plus.
