Role overview:

 

eSourcing Team is part of a Source to Pay process supporting Purchases for Carlsberg.

We are currently looking for an experienced specialist who will add value to the team by assisting global Category Managers with the preparation and execution of online tenders.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • supporting Carlsberg Supply Company with Procurement
  • preparing custom-made online tenders and eAuctions using SAP Ariba and Keelvar tool
  • conducting SAP Ariba, and Keelvar trainings for internal users and suppliers
  • managing SAP Ariba, and Keelvar accounts, access and approval of internal documentation
  • collaborating closely with the Contract Management Team, Global Category Managers, and local buyers across Western Europe
  • coordination of Carlsberg internal buying model (monitoring contracts, verifying spend with suppliers)
  • ensuring delivery of the highest standard of teamwork and customer service.

 

We’re looking for a person who:

 

  • has a University Degree;
  • has proficiency in written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
  • has experience with IT tools (preferably SAP ARIBA; Keelvar Excel)
  • has minimum 2 years experience in Procurement and/or working with tenders/eAuctions
  • Presents effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Has good analytical skills
  • Is a team player who enjoys working in a diverse, international environment.
