Role & team overview
HR Services is the team of 16 experts working on implementing and developing HR system for the whole Carlsberg Group. They support markets in using the system functionality and promote Self Service, enabling Employees and Managers to also use the system proactively. The ultimate goal is to create HR system for the Carlsberg people all around the world.
You will have an opportunity to learn:
- HR Administration and payroll support
- Integrated Talent Management System and SAP HR
- Problem and error solving related to the HR System
- Prepare and run reports and collate data
- Time management
We are looking for colleagues who:
- Have strong organizational skills, dedication and accuracy
- Enjoy international environment and are team players
- Perceive dynamic situations as inspirational and motivational factor
- Quickly put ideas into actions
- Speak English communicatively
- Have a degree / study - preferably Human Resources or have interest in these areas
- Are available for at least 30 hrs. per week
