Role overview

Our team supports customer receivables by taking care of customer accounts. We support the allocation of incoming payments and handle unapplied cash. We stay in touch with our customers, clarifying any disputes and answering customer questions. The team prepares financial analysis of the customer line items on an ongoing basis and is involved in the closing activities of the AR at the end of the month.

Our vision is to create a well-coordinated team of professionals with analytical skills who will work to transform and automate processes to support markets and functions in making change. The team consists of about 8 members with many different backgrounds and skills and we look forward to growing. This is an excellent opportunity for new joiners to explore commercial back-end operations and work in an international yet flexible environment.  

What you’ll be doing

• Handling claims & disputes raised by customers
• Building and maintaining good relations with customers
• Posting and clearing of compensations
• Clearing of incoming payments
• Reposting Bad Debts
• Supporting MEC activities
• Ongoing customer accounts analysis
• Supporting specialists in balance confirmation and reconciliation
