JUNIOR PURCHASING SUPPORT COORDINATOR, POZNAŃ
Role overview
Purchasing Support team is a group of 8 coordinators who on a daily basis are responsible for supporting the business (9 Western Europe markets) among purchasing processes for Indirect categories.
Team provides 1st level of user support in Ariba procurement tool supporting the users in PR to PO conversion through the right buying channel, ensures adherence to the SLA, supports global policies execution (e.g. Procurement, , No PO No Pay), prepares training materials and conducts the end-user trainings
Our department goal is to ensure that we are compliant with procurement policies, provide assistance to the purchasing process and secure we are paying our bills on time.
We are currently looking for a qualified Junior Specialist to support our Purchase to Pay department with their expertise and skills.
What you’ll be doing
- solving claims related to Ariba procurement system;
- solving process related queries;
- monitoring of markets performance in terms of purchasing processes;
- initiating analysis and actions to address issues among purchasing processes;
- supporting the business in converting PR to PO, PO modification and GR/SES posting;
- understanding the limitations and complete functionalities of the software ;
- daily communication/interaction with buyers, requesters and its suppliers in order to solve all the issues;
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a colleague who:
- Has university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Procurement connected or related field
- Has professional experience (in SSC or BPO environment or in Procurement & Finance Processes/ delivery team in respective area) – will be an asset
- Has communicative English
- Has communicative French (would be an advantage)
- Has very Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Presents good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself
- Is analytically strong, cares about the success of the business and their people
