JUNIOR VENDOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, POZNAŃ

 

Role overview

 

We are currently looking for a talented junior specialist to support our Vendor Management Team within the Purchase to Pay department. This role involves data entry, validation, analysis, and coordination with various departments to ensure that vendor information is up-to-date and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of vendor data processes.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • creating, updating, and maintaining vendor master data records in SKP (platform, which is a workflow-based tool for posting vendors);
  • ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vendor information, including contact details, banking information, tax identification numbers, and other relevant data;
  • performing regular audits and data cleansing activities to eliminate duplicates;
  • solving process-related queries;
  • handling non-standard Payment Terms requests, supporting users in obtaining Payment Terms Committee approval;
  • coordinating with procurement, finance, and other relevant departments to address and resolve vendor data issues;
  • developing training materials and conducting end-user training;
  • participating in the testing and implementation of new features related to vendor data management;

 

 

We are looking for a person who:

 

  • has min. 1 year of professional experience (in SSC or BPO environment or Procurement & Finance Processes/ delivery team in the respective area);
  • is communicative in English (both written and spoken);
  • navigates easily in MS Office package;
  • has great organizational skills, motivation and accuracy;
  • has deep expertise in SAP (knowledge of SKP will be an asset);
  • presents excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
  • collaborates and strives for solutions that are win-win for the company;
  • performs daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational Procedures, reviews and updates of those if necessary;
  • is analytically strong, cares about the growth of the business;
