Role overview

 

We are currently looking for a qualified support person to work on implementing and developing HR system for France, supporting the market in using the system functionalities and promote Self Service, enabling Employees and Managers to also use the system proactively.

 

You will be working with our France HR Learning and Development department, in a team of 5 people supporting all France populations (Front office, Back office, Supply). Key missions of this team are:

  • Running the HR Performance and Development cycle (performance evaluation process, development plans, continuous dialogue, talent boards, and France specific interviews)
  • Developing and implementing learning and training programs for the whole company
  • Defining Employer brand activation, internally as well as externally

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating and implementing evaluation process through People@Carlsberg Performance module (including running extracts to support evaluation process and support implementation of France specific interviews completion)
  • Creating learning items in the system (programme, dates, locations etc.) and assigning them to training participants
  • Recording registration of the attendees/absentees and cost verification
  • Managing the assignment of mandatory items such as e-learning, tracking achievement rate, sending reminders
  • Ensuring support for end-users
  • Ensuring the continuous improvement of the Learning system
  • Creating reports and dashboards enabling better follow up on learning completion
  • Invoicing process & budget coordination (in close collaboration with Shared Services Accounting team)

 

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a person who…

  • has Fluent French (B2/C1) and good level of English (B2)
  • is experienced in data administration
  • is service minded/ customer oriented and demonstrates a “can do” attitude
  • demonstrates natural communication skills
  • likes to work in a team
  • has working experience with computer systems (previous experience with Learning Management System (LMS) would be a beneficial attribute)
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment
  • is good at planning, organizing and trouble shooting
  • shows flexibility and ability to work in a fast changing environment
