PtP SENIOR PROCESS SPECIALIST, POZNAN

 

Role overview

 

PTP Process specialist provides  functional expertise/guidance in the areas of Procurement, AP & Financial Accounting.

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • handling first-line support for SAP / ARIBA applications and oversee the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process, including potential system glitches, changes, adaptations,
  • Finding solutions for process enhancements and improvements – investigate, monitor, advice, bring ideas for change, implement the change
  • Supporting continuous improvement of service levels in cooperation with PTP Operations , IIT, Finance, Local procurement business partners, and other parts of the business to strive for excellence
  • Measuring process compliancy and performance
  • Establishing and securing Minimal Key Requirements for Internal Controls
  • Answering all queries related  to PTP processes, troubleshooting system errors
  • Being a first point of contact for internal and external audit
  • Guiding buying channels & AP handling processes
  • Governancing of PTP policies and Taxonomy & Adherence to Global policies and procedures
  • Identifying and understanding the business End to End impact of the processes
  • Understanding customer service and cultural needs of each market

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • 4 year experience in PtP / AP area
  • Experience in PtP process
  • Communication skills and positive attitude to work
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of business context
  • Experience with process design and system implementation, including demonstrating how a solution can be an enabler to support the execution of a business process
  • Extensive knowledge and hand-on experience with PTP/AP area
  • Broad knowledge of other processes in accounting area would be a plus -
  • Experience with project management would be a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively communicate to different audience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving background
