Role overview

Harmonized Reporting Team is established in Poznań. The main responsibility of the team is various reports preparation and maintenance. We have an ambition to create an advanced Centre of Excellence which will participate in the development of reporting for Carlsberg Group functions. Currently we are looking for candidates who want to be a part of it.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Building new reports & adding new functionalities to existing ones.
  • Collaborating with operational, and financial teams to understand their reporting requirements.
  • Automating reporting processes using analytical tools and programming (e.g., Power Automate, Python, VBA).
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports.
  • Preparation & maintenance of existing reports and documentation.
  • Conducting training for end-users on how to use reports and analytical tools.

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or reporting area.
  • Has advanced ability to work with large datasets, analyze, and interpret results using SQL, Power BI Dataflow, and Power Query.
  • Has advanced ability to create data visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
  • Has experience in programming with Python or VBA in the context of data analysis and reporting process automation.
  • Has advanced knowledge of Excel, including creating macros, advanced formulas, and charts
  • Has experience in collecting user requirements for new solutions
  • Has proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Graduated studies in Finance, IT, or related fields
