Role overview

 

Sales Support Specialist has an important role in the Sales Support area of the Market to Cash process flow. This team is dedicated to strengthening sales performance across our West European markets through a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes by deploying an end-to-end perspective towards work organisation.

 

Joining our Team means:

  • strengthening a team of qualified Master Data, contracts, pricing & rebates specialists;
  • resolving challenging queries that will encourage you to grow;
  • active participation in initiatives and projects including process automation aiming at improving how Market to Cash processes work;
  • supporting business closely with a variety of systems and tools and building and maintaining professional relations with local finance and sales teams;

  

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Creating and archiving customer contracts
  • Creating and maintaining pricing settings and rebate setup for our direct and indirect customers around Western Europe
  • Preparing analyses of current pricing and rebate setup to provide answers to any question an internal customer might have
  • cross-checking queries with Customer Master Data and provide information based on internal customer setup
  • providing advice on technical queries related to Customer Master, pricing and rebates and contributing to your team’s collective knowledge by preparing and updating process documentation

 

We're looking for a person who…

 

  • has a good command of written and spoken English and German
  • has completed Bachelor-grade university curriculum in finance related areas or has 1+ years of experience in finance, data management, pricing or rebates areas or corporate sales experience and can document that
  • enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
  • is able to communicate effectively in English
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel
  • has previously worked with SAP or data management tools
  • demonstrates analytical mindset and assertive attitude
  • is inquisitive and diligent, and has ability to read between the lines
