Then, the role of Senior Data Analyst within our truly global Group Internal Audit is for you.  


What you’ll be doing

You will join the Group Internal Audit and be based in our Shared Services center in Poznan, being part of the Data Analytics team, and working together with our Data Analytics Manager with Business Intelligence and applying Analytics to support auditors in making better use of data, achieving better, faster and more accurate results during the audit process. We are also flexile in terms of location and remote working, meaning you could work from other locations in Poland.

Your activities will include:


  • Support Group Internal Audit in identifying and developing new Data Analytics initiatives to be used either in audits or standalone initiatives related to GIA’s objectives.
  • Enhancing existing solutions, always with a mindset towards continuous improvement.
  • Participation in the planning process of our audits, understanding key risks that will enable you to propose and apply analytical procedures as part of the audit.
  • Support the IT & DA team within Group Internal Audit in maintaining our tools and IT resources.
  • You can also participate in IT Audits and increase and/or develop your skills and knowledge related to Risk & Controls. Supporting the Group Internal Audit road map.
  • Striving for quality & excellence and encouraging others to do the same.


What we’re looking for

We are looking for a professional with around 5 years of experience in Data Analytics who is continuously maintaining his/hers knowledge about the organization and its risks. With a pro-active attitude towards gaining, applying, and sharing technical aspects of financial, process and compliance concepts, standards, systems and reporting processes appropriate to the engagements, whether it is an audit, advisory or analytics project. This includes:

  • A master’s degree in areas related to Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting. External and/or Internal Audit experience would be an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Data Analytics.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to apply ethical principles and values to the activities being audited.
  • has knowledge in key ERP systems such as SAP to be able to extract and process information obtained from the system.
  • Experience with Data Analytics applied for Internal Audit
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Knowledge in programming languages that can be applied in DA, such as Python, will also be a diferential.
  • Creativity and curiosity, to propose and develop solutions, not only executing tasks.
  • Enjoys working in a diverse, international environment.
