Role overview


HR Services is a team of 16 experts working closely with HR departments within the Carlsberg Group. Our main responsibilities are: supporting the execution of global HR processes, implementing and developing a global HR system for the whole Carlsberg Group, providing consolidated HR analytics, and managing Leadership Academy training.


What you’ll be doing

  • supporting local HR departments using the system
  • problem and error solving related to the HR Cloud System, acting as the contact person for queries via phone and email, and troubleshooting problems with system vendor
  • ensuring continuous improvement of the system
  • Participation in HR projects, including the roll-out of our HR Cloud system to new countries
  • guiding local administrators in HR Cloud system functionality (e.g.: talent management, reporting)
  • developing comprehensive local HR knowledge base and self-service abilities



What we’re looking for

We're looking for a person who:


  • has Fluent English (B2/C1)
  • has a few years of working experience with cloud-based HR systems (previous experience with SuccessFactors)
  • is experienced in data analysis and administration
  • is an advanced user of Excel and preferably has experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools
  • navigates easily in the Office365 environment
  • is good at planning, organizing, and troubleshooting
  • has great communication skills
  • is service-minded/ customer-oriented and demonstrates a “can do” attitude
  • is a good team player
  • has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
  • shows flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
