We are currently looking for a talented Learning&Development Specialist to support our People&Culture team with his / her expertise and skills.

The People&Culture (Human Resources) Team is all about Carlsberg employees, their continuous development and growth opportunities for today and tomorrow. We are guardians of our organizational culture and we support business goals.
The team is currently made of 10 people, who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding and many others.

  •      Coordinating the Learning&Development activities across the organization; 
  •      Driving end-to-end Talent Development processes; 
  •      Actively supporting the HR business Partners in all issues related to the Learning&Development agenda;
  •      Having multiple opportunities to grow professionally and personally through a variety of interesting projects and initiatives that will shape the future for you, our office, and the whole Carlsberg Group;
  •      Working with great, motivated and full of passion team.


Your responsibilities will include…

  •      Coordinating the Learning&Development processes and activities, 
  •      Defining training and development needs across the organization, 
  •      Designing comprehensive training curricula, 
  •      Creating training procedures, manuals and guides, 
  •      Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments,
  •      Evaluating program effectiveness through surveys and feedback,
  •      Maintaining and sharing knowledge of the latest trends in training and development,
  •      Performing other related duties as required.

We are looking for a person who…

  •      has 2-3  years of professional experience in the Learning&Development area, including Talent Development, preferably in an international SSC environment;
  •      communicates in English very well;
  •      has university degree (preferable HR relevant fields);
  •      presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  •      has strong HR and business acumen;
  •      presents an improvement-focused mindset;
  •      is focused on implementation the best solutions and driving for results;
  •      is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
  •      is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results;
  •      quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
