Role & team overview

 

Transport Control Tower, currently made up of almost 40 team members, grouped into regions, are committed to provide services for the Local Supply Chain Organization and Integrated Supply Chain entity, performing end-to-end transport and distribution related processes.

Contract Execution team is working closely with various stakeholders across the Carlsberg Group to ensure best in class delivery of services by close collaboration with carriers.

The responsibility of TCT Specialist, Transport & Distribution Contract Execution is building and maintaining professional relationship with logistics providers by daily contract management execution.

  

You will have an opportunity to learn:

 

  • How to ensure contract execution on both operational and tactical level
  • To cooperate with carriers in order to receive required service within area while keeping effective addressing of ongoing issues.
  • End-to-end transport processes and requirements.
  • To lead issues linked to Quality/Claim, coordinate cross functional collaboration between different stakeholders involved.
  • Transportation governance procedures applied in Carlsberg.
  • How to perform opportunity & risk analysis and reports performance.

 

We are looking for colleagues who:

 

  • Speak English (min. B2 level)
  • Are available to work 20-40 hours per week
  • Have a proficiency in MS Office
  • Have great organizational skills, motivation and accuracy
  • Enjoy international environment and are team players
  • Are open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible
  • Quickly put ideas into actions
