HR Business Partner, Specialist / IT HR Systems

The position:

Support HR ISC Function in the areas of HR Business Partnering, recruitment, on- and offboarding, counselling, some parts of organizational development, talent management, employee development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and effective compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Specialist is in general supporting HR Tasks for the whole employee life cycle during the employment of an employee in the organization and is helping to ensure an effective management of HR priorities, processes and systems and collaboration with internal partners and external resources as well.

 

You will be part of CSC's Human Resources department, located in Ziegelbrücke, Switzerland.

 

The main job responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR Specialist and support teams and managers, recruitment at all levels, onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers. Ensure a professional support for life cycle of employees at Carlsberg Supply Company AG
  • Support Senior HR Director with daily administrative tasks and acting as deputy if line Manager is absence of work
  • HR projects & support in HR systems e.g., prepare documents such as employment contracts, addendums and (interim) reference letters
  • Foster and be ambassador of the CSC AG company culture
  • Coordinate employee trainings
  • Manage relationships with employees, provide support & advice for site-based employees
  • Supporting the annual employee survey (My Voice)
  • Interface to insurances, authorities and offices
  • Keep employees in loop regarding latest changes and updates
  • Manage employee benefits e.g., company phone, beverage order login etc.
  • Responsible for service anniversaries, birthdays and other annual events
  • Assisting in withholding tax settlement
  • Get involved and provide some services for talent management, performance management processes of Carlsberg
  • Ensure an efficient and high-quality HR Administration
  • Manage HR articles, HR Newsletter and invoicing process of HR, manage and edit the HR Intranet in SharePoint and other relevant HR admin tasks
  • Company & HR Events (brewery day, world mental health day, future day etc.)
  • LinkedIn e-learning
  • GlobeSmart/Aperian
  • Monthly FTE review with Controlling
  • Corporate Credit Card Citi
  • Monthly Staffing overview for ISCLT meeting
  • Act as a Learning Specialist to create new courses for the business and provides admin support on Learning Management System.
  • Provide support to Carlsberg suppy chain Academy which includes cordinating the training list and purchasing courses from external vendors

 

Who you are:

  • You have a university Master degree in HR Management
  • Ideally & additionally you have an Education, Degree in IT Management
  • You have at least +3 years of previous relevant HR working experience.
  • Experience in working in a global matrix organisation is a must.
  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry is a must
  • Relevant IT HR System experiences with SuccessFactors is a must with relevant modules as employee file, objectives, recruitment, on and off boarding, LMS and Reporting
  • You are solution and execution oriented
  • You are able to manage various different stakeholders
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are a team player
  • You have advanced computer skills
  • You are fluent in English (other languages are considered as a plus)
