The Purpose of the Senior Manager ISC Efficiencies WE is to serve as the lead for deploying and driving the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree initiatives within the region, ensuring they are embedded into the operational culture.
The jobholder is responsible to ensure the current year VipEx and LCT targets are delivered, and the initiatives for the coming years are identified in a solid pipeline.
The jobholder will drive continuous improvement mindset throughout regional and market organizations including ISC, commercial and financial teams; which is crucial for fostering a growth-oriented culture.
Collaborate with the Group ISC capability team to leverage existing resources in supporting the LCT and VipEx initiatives.
This role is accountable to promote Performance Management foundations of the Carlsberg Excellence way of working to identify all loss saving opportunities with a zero-loss mindset across end to end supply chain, embed these into all functions and markets with top down and bottom up loss awareness. Utilize performance management foundational capabilities (priorities deployment, PMS, problem solving techniques) to address these losses.

Experience & Education:
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a multi country role.
- Innovation, commercial agenda experience is an advantage.
- Experience in leading change and implementing Carlsberg Excellence way of working. (Six Sigma, or similar operational excellence methodologies)
- Proven track record of delivering results in an operational role.
Language:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must. Fluency in a second (local) language is an advantage.
Job responsibilities:
People Management
- Role model, promote and recognize Carlsberg Excellence ways of working.
- Ensure ISC regional teams are capable to identify Funding our Journey targets in their market and function.
- Ensure market teams are capable to deliver the targets effectively.
Process Management
- Lead the deployment and ongoing support of the VipEx and LCT initiatives within the assigned region, ensuring alignment with overall Accelerate Sail ambitions.
- Coordinate the FoJ targets and actuals with the finance teams and 3YP, budget, estimate cycles.
Performance Management
- Monitor and enhance business performance using Performance Management Foundations; and own target delivery using established ISC ways of working.
- Ensure Carlsberg Excellence ways of working are used to continuously improve business performance.
- Support and in some specific cases own the targets delivery utilizing Carlsberg Excellence ways of working.
- Ensuring sharing of best practices within the Group.
Stakeholders & Relations
(Internal & External): Own the delivery responsibility of the Funding our Journey targets with the contribution of key stakeholders and subject matter experts in the organization.
Strongly link to Group Capabilities team to understand and deploy the VipEx and Loss Cost Tree methodologies and initiatives.
As a member of regional leadership team, Hardwire to regional functional teams and market teams to drive the change and ensure delivery of targets.
Act as SPOC to the commercial and financial teams to align on the VipEx initiatives.
Build relationship with external resources (Industry, Academy, Suppliers, Consultancy, Start-ups) to feed into the loss intelligence and eradication initiatives.
