The accountability of the Senior OT Manager is responsible to define and maintain the global Carlsberg OT competence and landscape. ISC OT team enables the ISC digital supply chain by defining the global requirement for OT capabilities, OT automation solutions, OT data collection and reporting solution and IoT solutions.

 

The OT Senior manager owns the global OT capabilities for Carlsberg. The role is responsible to define the global Carlsberg OT standards to ensure that OT processes are executed according to them (a.k.a. COM compliance). The role is responsible to define the OT skills required to implement the standards in our breweries world-wide. The role is also responsible to deploy the skills globally and create tools to assess the progress and current skill level. Therefore, the role is responsible to assess current skills and to create, communicate and get regional agreement that the skill gaps must be closed via a global program. The role will collaborate intensively with Excellence and the Carlsberg SC Academy to create the development program. The role will be the main contact for the markets and regions for skill development.

 

The position will be based in Ziegelbrücke (greater area Zurich), Switzerland. The required skills & competencies to succeed in this role are:

 

Personal qualifications / competencies:

 

  • Drive OT COM compliance via:
    • Capability to define & maintain the global OT COM Standards. Maintain a working relationship with regions and market to improve COM standards.
    • Assign OT COM self-assessments and to assess outcome to further improve OT COM statements and close skill gaps.
    • Capability to execute OT COM audits globally.
    • Capability to create global OT skill matrix and global OT skills assessment tool.
    • Capability to assess global OT specialist skills and to translate skill gaps into a global capability development program, together with Carlsberg Excellence and SC Academy.
    • Develop and approve standardised OT processes for our breweries worldwide, which cover the full life cycle of OT solutions (design, build, deploy, maintain, remove).
    • Capability to build and drive a global improvement program for developing OT skills and standardize the OT way of working in our breweries.
  • In-depth knowledge of OT capabilities required to maintain OT systems and solutions at factory level and to source and implement tools to support these capabilities is a necessity.
  • In-depth knowledge of OT/IT service management tools.
  • Project management skills (Waterfall & Agile).
  • Interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to relate well to different people and cultures at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate end-user needs and business requirements into functional & technical requirements for OT solutions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, high-energy level, result oriented.

 

Professional qualification / competencies:

 

  • Understanding OT systems, like PLC-SCADA, ProleiT brewmaxx, Siemens Braumat and/or other solutions.
  • Understanding of MES, ERP integration, Quality integration, Maintenance integration, Inventory integration, Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Understanding of concept Industry 4.0, IIOT and Digitalization and architecture requirements for such systems.
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement (Excellence) processes.

 

Education:

 

  • Academic degree or relevant work experience.
  • Project Management, Change management.
  • Pre: scrum, ISA certified, ITIL.

 

Language:

 

  • Fluent in written & spoken English and at least one other relevant foreign language.

 

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Develop & deploy for the ISC OT standards to ensure that we have the right OT skills in our breweries.
  • Develop & deploy OT skills improvement program together with regions and markets.
  • Execute audits and initiate OT self-assessments.
  • Ensuring the existence of agreed roll out plans for OT skills & capabilities.
  • Managing the internal stakeholders.
  • Managing external suppliers.
