Brand Manager - Crisp

Are you a visionary brand builder with the ambition and expertise to lead meaningful projects? We’re looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our business in the alcohol-free beer category and drive the growth of the Crisp brand.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Kerava office. At Sinebrychoff, we embrace a hybrid work model with the flexibility of two remote workdays per week.
The Role
As Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial development of the Crisp brand. You’ll be responsible for the brand’s long-term strategy, annual plans, product launches, advertising, events, and the development of all marketing materials. You will manage the brand’s P&L and budget, ensuring that business objectives are met. Your work will include leading diverse projects that blend creativity, analysis, and hands-on execution, as well as handling product information management.
While you focus on Crisp, you’ll collaborate closely with other brand managers across the portfolio to ensure strong performance of our whole alcohol-free beer portfolio.
You’ll also work closely with various stakeholders, reporting to the Category Marketing Director. Your primary internal partners include Sales, Channel Marketing, and the Innovation & Consumer Insights teams. Externally, you’ll collaborate with creative agencies to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

You have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful brand strategies. You bring energy, persuasive communication skills, and a creative, solution-oriented mindset. Ambitious and eager to grow, you stay curious and proactive in identifying new opportunities and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Lead Crisp’s brand strategy and ensure seamless execution.
- Business Development: Drive brand growth through portfolio management, innovations (product and packaging), budget oversight, and P&L responsibility.
- Marketing Activities: Plan and execute marketing initiatives in line with brand objectives.
- Analysis & Collaboration: Analyze consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative Leadership: Guide agency partners to deliver impactful advertising, PR, and event activations.
- Reporting: Monitor budgets and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
What we expect from you
- Educational background: Relevant degree (e.g., university degree in business or marketing).
- Work experience: Strong track record in brand management or similar marketing roles
- Growth mindset: Constant desire to develop and challenge the status quo.
- Project leadership: Ability to independently manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- FMCG knowledge: Understanding of the grocery retail landscape and its fast-paced nature.
- Market insight: Deep understanding of Finnish consumers and how to engage them.
- Language skills: Fluency in English; Finnish is an advantage (brand communicates in Finnish).
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable working with various systems and tools.
