We are looking for a Change Manager to join our Elevate Programme, an ERP upgrade in our Western Europe region, and be part of our Change team to set us up for success. 

 

What you’ll be doing

You will join a team of technology and business experts, including Carlsberg staff and strategic partners. Your role involves managing change within the Finance area as part of our ERP upgrade programme. You will develop and deliver the Change Management strategy for the WE ERP Elevate Programme, ensuring it aligns with Carlsberg's context and the ACE framework.

Responsibilities include strategizing, analyzing, designing, and implementing change management across the programme. Additionally, you will help establish the change architecture with the Change Lead within the WE markets. Key tasks include:

 

Stakeholder management and engagement

  • Identify and engage with stakeholders at a market, regional and global level to ensure alignment of change activities to strategic direction and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with programme leadership to support change management and engagement activities across functions, projects and markets
  • Drive effective stakeholder engagement throughout the Elevate programme, engaging with the market stakeholders to drive the change and execution

 

Change Management strategy, approach and delivery

  • Develop and execute change management strategy, plan and tactics to support the programme and individual projects
  • Co-ordinate the change management execution across all functions and Markets
  • Co-develop change management playbook, tools and assets
  • Co-creation of programme change management deliverables

Change Management specifics

  • Supporting the build of core stories and strategic communications plan across stakeholders and end users
  • Responsible for approach for change readiness across markets and functions to ensure successful adoption
  • Co-ordinate the strategy and approach of training and support to in-country

end users

 

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Change Management methodology, stakeholder management, ERP systems, and resource management, with a strong network across the WE markets and Group functions.

 

  • Proven experience in change management
  • Understanding of ERP systems (and boundary systems) and their impact on in-country business processes (and/or a strong willingness to learn).
  • Experience in project management and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
